Everything you need to know about the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method

By Dr. Hugh Houston

Don’t want surgery? We have options! Many patients who need to lose weight don’t need or want surgery, so they choose the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method to achieve their goals. This weight loss protocol is perfect if you want a healthier life and the energy to enjoy it.

What is the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method?

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a ketogenic weight and lifestyle management program with 4 phases. At Nashville Weight Loss Solutions, we provide one-on-one coaching and healthier lifestyle education in each step of the journey.

Ideal Protein works by encouraging your body to turn to fat and protein sources to burn energy instead of carbohydrates during the weight loss phase. We do this by providing meals that have limited carbs but are rich in protein and fiber. The Ideal Protein diet consists of a variety of quality, protein-based foods that help to support muscle mass. Each phase is designed to educate you on how to develop better eating habits and lifestyle choices so that you maintain your weight after weight loss is achieved.

Phases

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is broken down into 4 phases. It may take time to get used to a new lifestyle, but with our support, you will be able to make the changes needed to be healthier and happier.
