Plenity helps you manage your weight while you still enjoy your meals. Find out if Plenity is right for you.
A new approach to weight loss.
Plenity is a capsule made from naturally derived building blocks that helps you feel full, eat less, and lose weight. Plenity is not a drug, an appetite suppressant, or a diuretic that causes you to lose water weight. Plenity is an FDA-approved weight loss supplement that absorbs the water you drink with it and mixes with the food you eat, taking up space in your stomach to make you feel fuller at mealtime and throughout the day.
